St. Nicholas Christmas Show Exhibitor & Sponsor Information

The St. Nicholas Christmas Show is a great opportunity to connect with customers and build brand awareness for your product and business.

Who Can Exhibit?

Catholic and Christian retailers including artisans and authors, plus faith-focused business and ministry leaders, especially in the Texas region, can exhibit. National publishers and suppliers of religious books and products of interest to people of faith can exhibit directly, or be a sponsor and build brand awareness. Some sponsors choose to partner with a local retailer to represent them!

Exhibit Space Pricing
  • Skirted 6ft Table WITHOUT back/side draped wall = $395.00
  • 10' X 6' Exhibit booth WITH back/side draped wall = $595.00
  • 10' X 10' Exhibit booth WITH back/side draped wall = $995.00

Each booth includes one 6 ft. table, two chairs, a trash can, and booth signage.

*Larger booths (10'x6' and 10'x10') are finished with pipe and drape (side walls measure 3', and the back wall measures 8').*

How does the process work?

Choose one of the following:

  • Email Your Booth Reservation: Complete the Booth Agreement and email it to us at info@stnicholaschristmasshow.com Once we receive your form, a team member will review it and contact you. If your company information meets our criteria to exhibit, an invoice will be sent to you for payment online or by check to our mailing address. The exhibit floor plan will be emailed to you to select your preferred booth location.
  • Make Your Booth Reservation Online: Reserve a booth on our online map by clicking this link; https://shows.map-dynamics.com/stnickxmas2021/?register. The information will be submitted to us and your spot will be on hold while we review the information you submitted. Once we receive your information, a team member will review it and contact you. If your company information meets our criteria to exhibit, an invoice will be sent to you for payment online or by check.
Promotional Sponsorships are Available
  • Take a look at the Event Sponsorship Booklet. When you find the package that suits your needs, complete the Sponsorship Agreement and email it to us at info@stnicholaschristmasshow.com. Once we receive your form, the CMN sponsorship coordinator will review it and contact you to confirm that your company meets our criteria, and make plans for your marketing exposure. Once confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you for payment online or by check to our mailing address. The exhibit floorplan will be emailed to you to select your preferred booth location. Custom sponsorships are possible. Just let us know what your needs are.
